About

Zenith Investments provides discretionary portfolio management to individual investors and trusts, managing both mutual fund accounts and brokerage portfolios of stocks, ETFs, preferred stocks and bonds. Clients are placed into either a mutual fund timing-and-rotation strategy or into screened stock/ETF portfolios based on goals, risk tolerance, account size, and prior investment experience, with a stated minimum account size of $10,000.

The firm combines technical and fundamental analysis, using a timing-and-rotation approach for sector and style mutual funds (ProFunds) and computerized screening to select stocks and ETFs by attributes such as growth, value, momentum, dividends and valuation. Mutual fund and ETF positions are often held for less than six months, and trades are executed en masse or in blocks while employing no-load funds and deep-discount brokerage relationships to limit transaction costs.

Distinctive features include a long operating history (established 1989) and the practice of providing its investment model and strategy updates to another advisory firm, Bullington Capital Management, which is uncommon for firms of this size. The adviser disclaims custody of client assets, does not vote client proxies, conducts daily market monitoring with weekly strategy reviews, and the principal holds the CFP designation.
